Fatigue management during weekend blockades

Weekend blockades and intensive possession windows compress large amounts of work into short periods — often combining night shifts, long duties, multiple handovers, and pressure to restore service on schedule. Fatigue exposure can spike even when total weekly hours look moderate on paper.
