What we process on this public website
Section titled “What we process on this public website”- Website requests. When a page is served, ordinary request details may be processed, such as the URL, IP address, user agent, and time. These appear in hosting and content-delivery logs.
- First-party page views. Vercel Web Analytics counts visitors and page views for the public site. It does not set cookies. See first-party page views.
- Email you send to contact@fatiguemanagement.co.uk. Use this address for content corrections, product questions, and privacy requests. Do not email passwords, roster contents, employee records, or medical information.
- Display preference. The site can store a light or dark theme choice in your browser (
starlight-theme). - Analytics preference. The site stores whether you accepted or rejected optional Google Analytics (
fm_analytics_consent). - Optional analytics. If you accept, Google Analytics 4 may process information about how you use the public site. See optional analytics.
You do not have to create an account to use the public site. Providing an email address is optional. Some request data is produced automatically when a page is fetched, because that is how the site is served. Optional Google Analytics is not required to use the site.
The public educational site does not read the application database.
Why we process it and the lawful basis
Section titled “Why we process it and the lawful basis”UK GDPR requires a lawful basis for personal-data processing. Separate PECR rules apply to storing or accessing information on your device.
- Serving and securing the public site (request and hosting logs). Purpose: deliver pages and keep the site working and secure. UK GDPR basis: legitimate interests in operating and protecting the website. These logs are part of transmitting the page you asked for.
- First-party page views. Purpose: count visitors and page views on the hosted site. UK GDPR basis: legitimate interests in operating and improving the website. PECR: Vercel Web Analytics does not set cookies. This is separate from optional Google Analytics.
- Responding to email. Purpose: answer the enquiry you sent. UK GDPR basis: legitimate interests in responding to that message.
- Remembering theme and analytics choice. Purpose: keep your display and Google Analytics preference on later visits. UK GDPR basis: legitimate interests in honouring that preference. The analytics-choice record is also needed to remember a PECR consent decision.
- Optional analytics. Purpose: understand how the public site is used so the resource can be improved. PECR: consent is required before Google Analytics storage or access technologies are used. UK GDPR: consent, where that analytics involves personal data. Google Analytics is not used unless you accept.
We do not treat hosting logs or contact email as consent-based merely because the site also offers an analytics choice.
First-party page views
Section titled “First-party page views”The public site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count visitors and page views. The script is first-party on this host. Vercel publishes that this product does not set cookies.
This is not Google Analytics. Rejecting optional analytics does not turn off Vercel Web Analytics.
Optional analytics
Section titled “Optional analytics”The public site can use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-89HCDSF9S9) to understand which pages are read and how people move through the site.
Google Analytics is off until you accept. If you reject it, or have not yet chosen, Google’s tag is not loaded and the site’s existing event helpers do nothing. When you accept, the site loads Google’s tag and tells Google that analytics storage is granted and advertising storage is not.
Neither Vercel Web Analytics nor Google Analytics on this public site is used for advertising, remarketing, or affiliate tracking.
You can change or withdraw Google Analytics consent at any time from Cookie preferences or the Cookies page. Withdrawing consent stops future Google Analytics collection from this browser.
Recipients and processors
Section titled “Recipients and processors”On the public website, information may be processed by:
- Vercel — hosts the public site, produces ordinary hosting logs, and operates first-party Web Analytics page-view counts.
- Google — Google Analytics 4, only after you accept optional analytics.
Email you send to contact@fatiguemanagement.co.uk is received and stored as part of handling that message.
The application, if you use it, has separate hosting, authentication, and database providers. This notice is not a complete processor list for the application.
International transfers
Section titled “International transfers”Vercel and, if you accept analytics, Google may process information outside the United Kingdom. Those providers publish their own information about where they process data and what safeguards they use. A separate site-specific transfer-safeguard schedule is not published on this page.
Retention
Section titled “Retention”- Hosting logs are kept for as long as the host retains them to operate and secure the site.
- Vercel Web Analytics page-view data is kept according to the Vercel project settings.
- Google Analytics data, if you have accepted optional analytics, is kept according to the Google Analytics property settings.
- Email is kept for as long as needed to respond to the enquiry and handle any related follow-up.
Exact day-counts for each store have not been published here.
Your rights
Section titled “Your rights”Under the UK GDPR you can ask us to:
- access personal data we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate personal data;
- erase personal data in certain circumstances;
- restrict how we use personal data;
- object to processing that relies on legitimate interests;
- receive personal data you provided, in a portable form, where that right applies.
You can also withdraw Google Analytics consent at any time without affecting use of the public site.
Where we rely on legitimate interests, you can object to that processing.
To make a request, contact contact@fatiguemanagement.co.uk.
You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Automated decisions
Section titled “Automated decisions”This public website does not make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you, and it does not use analytics for that purpose.
Application information
Section titled “Application information”app.fatiguemanagement.co.uk is a separate roster and fatigue-governance workspace. If you create an account, that service processes account and organisation information needed to provide the workspace. Those records are organisation-scoped. After a paid Workspace subscription ends, operational workspace data is kept for 30 days and may then be deleted, as described in the Workspace Subscription Terms.
